It had comfortable and unbeatable location just next door to the Showboat Theater and Clinton, Iowa for a business meeting and the river in Fulton. Furthermore, to a casino.

Very helpful and efficient staff, they smile all the time. Make sure to get king room with very comfortable beds and pastries, as for instance. The price is just right - US$ 126. It offers good service.

The hotel with incredibly comfortable rooms, in a fairly nice area, in the middle of jackson.

No complains at all, the venue exceeded high expectations, can recommend it. The room was well-appointed and exceptionally comfortable, appreciated it. The beds here were soft.

All the staff was very very helpful, settled my issues. The king room was new-fashioned, included central heating, television and a microwave. The private bathroom. In general the service was good.

Attentive Staff

During my recent stay at the Hampton Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of attentiveness from the staff. When I requested feather-free pillows prior to my arrival, they were already in the room upon check-in. The staff members were friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort during the stay. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the efficient air conditioning system, making for a cool and comfortable sleep. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including scrambled eggs, potatoes, pastries, and the make-your-own waffles were a nice touch. The hotel's location next to a casino added to the convenience and entertainment options for guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its attentive staff and pleasant atmosphere.

All the Hampton Hotels are clean and facilities excellent

This hotel was right on the edge of town and a wee bit out in the sticks in that respect. The holiday inn express nearby was at least beside the mall.

Daytime employee ,Jennifer, was wonderful and above and beyond to help us and also the night time manager Cody

The only issue we had was the night time employee ,Amber,who was going out of her way to make sure we couldn't do what the other employees allowed us to. She even made sure to tell me to clean up after myself in the pool area (which wasn't an issue) and told me drinks weren't allowed though never said anything to anyone else.

We stayed for 2 nights and each morning there were different things served for breakfast, which was nice so it's not the same thing every night. The little shop they had was decently priced for a quick grab. Pool area was nice. everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The reason that I booked 2 rooms at this motel was for the hot tub. It was under maintenace and not available. Very disappointed
